How it works

From activation to visit.

  1. 01

    Activate

The shopper discovers an offer or a reward.

  2. 02

    Bring them in

The activation gives them a reason to visit the store.

  3. 03

    Get them buying

    The shopper makes their purchase.

  4. 04

    Reward

The eligible purchase triggers the reward.

  5. 05

    Bring them back

The relationship can continue after the transaction with a new activation.

The reward doesn't end the journey. It sets up the next visit.

Drive-to-Store

Two audiences, two objectives, one programme.

  • Open audience · Acquisition

    Recruit beyond your customer base

Any consumer who sends a receipt — even from another retailer — can access your offer. You get discovered outside your customer base.

  • Closed audience · Loyalty

Make the most of every receipt from your stores

Only receipts from your points of sale are eligible, with an adjustable basket threshold. Complementary to your existing loyalty programme: it doesn't replace it.

  • Deferred reward

The reward that brings customers back

Fidecoins are held in reserve: the customer has 7 days to come back to the store and unlock them. If they don't come back, nothing is paid.

Key mechanism · 7-day escrow

The deferred reward:
the return to the store, proven.

The Fidecoins earned are held in reserve. If they are not unlocked by a return visit, they are never paid: you only pay for the actual return to the store.

  1. Day 0

    Purchase above the threshold

Any receipt above the threshold you set qualifies for a deferred reward.

  2. Day 0

    Fidecoins held in reserve

The reward is provisioned but not paid: it waits for the customer to come back.

  3. Days 1-7

    7 days to come back

The customer is invited to come back to the store to unlock their Fidecoins — the lever that triggers the return visit.

  4. Return

    Fidecoins released at the till

The return visit is confirmed by a new receipt: the reward is paid, the visit is proven.

  5. Otherwise

    Nothing is paid

No return within the deadline: the reward is never paid. Your budget only funds real drive-to-store.
